History is on the Colts side in this one as they have dominated this matchup for years. Indianapolis is 13-4 SU and 12-5 ATS in their last 17 versus the Chiefs. They’ve also owned the Chiefs on the road with a 7-1 record SU and ATS in their last eight games in Kansas City.
In the postseason the Colts are 4-0 SU and ATS against the Chiefs, including a 45-44 win as 1.5-point underdog the last time they met up in 2014.
